WELCOME to Occoquan Heights Homeowners Community

  • Occoquan Heights is a wonderful small community of 39 townhomes, located in Occoquan, VA.
  • Though not part of the Occoquan Historic District it is part of a Bird Sanctuary, with many qualities of small town living within a cosmopolitan county and area of northern Virginia.

Things to know about living in the Town of Occoquan:

  • The US Postal Service does not deliver mail to its residents. A Post Office Box is required and the post office is less than a mile down Washington at the corner of Washington St. & Mill St.
  • The trash and recycle services are provided through the Town of Occoquan.
  •  The Town of Occoquan hosts numerous outdoor events throughout the year, fun for all ages.

Things to know about living in Occoquan Heights:

  • Our community consists of 39 townhomes located in less than 17 acres, which includes a conservation easement at the southeast corner.
  • The HOA is self-managed, there is no third party management company.
  •  There are a total of 7 Visitor Parking spaces, exclusively for visitors.
